RESCUE

BTCC Rescue members have seen some very
sad and horrific cases come into our rescue but none that have touched our
hearts as much as a little rescue named "Hogan". Hogan was
surrendered to our organization because his previous owner could not deal
with having a special needs puppy. Hogan has a condition called Cerebellar
Hypoplasia. His brain didn't develop properly and he was born without a
cerebellum. Hogan is unable to control his balance which causes him to
tremor and shake (especially when he's excited). However, with
physiotherapy being performed on a daily basis, his tremors have improved
100%. BTCC Rescue, along with generous donations from BTCC members and
other individuals have generously supported this lovely, sweet, gentle
puppy by purchasing a specially designed four wheeled full support
wheelchair cart, medical supplies, equipment, a visit to a neurologist and
constant vet care. Hogan has been given a second chance at life and he is
thriving! |

It is only with the help and assistance of
the BTCC and its generous supporters that Hogan has been given the
opportunity to experience being a dog and best of all, to enjoy life! |
