  HAYWOOD - A Rescue Story

Haywood, a 3-year old male from Ontario, entered rescue when his owner's living arrangements changed and she could no longer keep him. Although much loved, perhaps due to financial circumstances, he had not received much vet care. Before the search for his forever family could begin, Haywood was neutered, heartworm tested, dewormed, and his shots were brought up-to-date by the BTCC Rescue Program. Aside from being underweight, he has a slight cherry eye, although this is mainly a cosmetic concern at present, it will be repaired in the future. Personality-wise, Haywood is an absolute sweetheart, with the perfect Boston blend of playfulness and cuddliness. He is also a smart boy, and learns new routines quickly. Haywood was fostered by Kelly Pankatz for approximately 2-3 weeks before going to his new home in Timmins, Ontario. Congratulations to Haywood and his new family!
