  ABBY - A Rescue Story

Abby is a  4 year old spayed female that was located in Quebec. Abby was surrendered because the male Boston she shares her home with has developed a bad aggression problem with her. It has been decided by Abby's owner that since the male is the instigator, it would be easier to place the female in a new home. The owner has tried a behavourist to remedy the situation and is able to control the situation on her own but finds that her 3 children cannot. Abby has advanced obedience training and beginner agility training, and gets along well with medium to large-sized dogs, although she will not back down if confronted. She has had consistent vet care, including dental, is micro-chipped and invisible-fenced trained. She is 14-15 lbs and 13" at the shoulder. She likes children, although like many Bostons, tends to forget her manners and tries to jump up and kiss them in the face. Abby has recently developed an incontinence problem, but is being treated very successfully with the drug Propalin, which is inexpensive to continue. Abby has been adopted and now lives with her new family in Ontario. Congratulations Abby!
